Mr. Duffy joined United Country Real Estate in February 2006 to bring a new level of innovation to the company. He serves as the company’s CEO and chairman of the board of directors. In his role as CEO, Mr. Duffy is principally responsible for the establishment and execution of a long-term strategy for United designed to deliver a competitive advantage to agents as they operate in their local markets and serve their clients.

Mike Duffy is focused on bringing new, added-value services, sales and marketing programs to United Country franchisees. With a 20-year background in marketing and sales, helping to build such national brands as Coca-Cola, Winston Cup NASCAR, RJ Reynolds, Minute Maid, Community Coffee and numerous other well-known brands, Mike is bringing his experience to build recognition and understanding of the United Country Real Estate brand with real estate buyers and sellers.

Most recently, Dickey was senior vice president professional services for ePartners. ePartners, the Microsoft 2005 Partner of the Year, specialized in delivering, integrating and customizing solutions tailored specifically for each client’s business needs. The group has a concentration in Microsoft.Net programming, Portal development services, systems integration, and a focus on ePartners’ core ERP and CRM product offerings.
Chief Operating Officer
Doug leverages over 15 years of experience in real estate in his current role leading franchise sales, business consulting and support to ensure quality franchise development and growth . Previously, Doug served in various roles including international director of development, regional vice president and division vice president of the western U.S. where he was instrumental in growing the region to over 70 offices. Before joining United Country, Doug was owner/broker of a multi-office real estate brokerage that consistently ranked as the #1 national top-producing office in the United Country network. Doug has a degree in marketing and speech communications from Colorado State University and is a graduate of United Country’s Texas Auction Academy.

Shawn Terrel brings an extensive auction background to our executive team, with over 15 years of professional auction and bid calling experience in the United States. He currently sits on the board of directors of the National Auctioneers Association and is a past chairman and president of the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association. In 2007 Shawn was named the Oklahoma State Champion auctioneer. Shawn is recognized as one of the industry’s authorities on conducting online auctions and live internet auction simulcasts. He participated in over 1,800 auctions and has facilitated many of these auctions incorporating online internet auction solutions.
National Vice President of Sales
Richard Thompson began his career in real estate as a sales associate in Pocahontas, Arkansas in 1975. During his 38 years in the real estate profession he has served as a sales associate, broker-owner, regional vice president and is currently national vice president of sales for United Country. He credits his longevity and success to the teachings of his first broker and the United trainers he’s had since, all of whom taught him that success is only possible with a good inventory of quality listings. Richard’s specialty is creating quick, clear differentiation by focusing each listing presentation on seller needs.
Lauren Aleshire brings extensive marketing knowledge to her role at United Country, with expertise including strategic development and implementation of integrated marketing communications plans, project management and lead generation. Before joining United Country, Aleshire served as the marketing manager for United Real Estate, managing the brand, communication strategies and budgets related to corporate marketing objectives. Prior to United Real Estate Group, Aleshire assumed increasing levels of responsibility during her career, working for both marketing firms and as part of internal marketing departments. Aleshire received her Bachelor of Science in journalism from The University of Kansas, and is working towards her master of business administration from Rockhurst University.
Vice President of Strategic Client Services
Mark’s objective is to develop listing opportunities for United and grow your business through those listings. He has 14 years of experience as an investor, seller and auctioneer. Prior to United, he took a position with Fannie Mae and led a team to sell over $5 billion in real estate using auctions. In 2013 he became the chief auctioneer at Homesearch.com and managed a team to sell over 35,000 properties. He holds over 20 state auctioneer licenses, has the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate designation and is a licensed real estate agent in Texas. Mark graduated from Elon University in 2001 and currently lives in Dallas, Texas.
Vice President of Marketing, Enhanced Marketing Solutions® (EMS®)
Amanda brings extensive experience and a big-picture perspective to client projects for the Enhanced Marketing Solutions (EMS) team. Amanda has assisted in building EMS into the largest real estate marketing services organization in the U.S. while continuing to engage partners and mentor a team of professionals and actively drive operational and growth strategies. Amanda has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado – Boulder in management and marketing and earned her MBA from Baker University. Amanda was named a Rising Star in 2014 by KC Business Magazine, which celebrates business leaders under the age of 40.
Nora worked with the Florida Attorney General technology team to develop the office’s initial web presence and assisted in the creation of over 65 custom websites. She later went on to manage a database of roughly 600,000 litigants. She returned to her real estate roots in 2009 with a United Country office where she applied her knowledge to create proposals, implement marketing campaigns, support social media and apply search engine marketing techniques. She has delivered search marketing training to auction associations and recently attended Search Engine Watch’s industry-leading search marketing training. She is presently a technology trainer where she delivers training and assists offices.

Jimmie Dean began his auction and real estate career in 1983 upon graduation from the Reppert School of Auctioneering. Since 1983 he has conducted many successful real estate, personal asset auctions and fundraisers across the country. Jimmie Dean conducts an average of 75 to 100 auctions annually as well as many real estate transactions. His credentials include: NAA member since 1985, NAR Realtor since 1985, real estate appraiser since 1996, IAA president 2008, CAI 1996, CAI committee chair, instructor at Reppert School of Auctioneers and Texas Auction Academy, NAA director and 2015 Bloomington Board of Realtors president.
